Important information:

  • The gift voucher will be sent to you by email or post only after 100% of the voucher price has been received.
  • The gift voucher cannot be paid with benefit cards (e.g. Benefit Plus, Sodexo and others).
  • Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Choice of delivery:

  • E-MAIL - after payment we will send you a valid gift voucher by email for printing.
  • RECOMMENDED MAIL - after payment, we will send you a registered parcel plus 120 CZK via Czech Post.
  • PERSONAL COLLECTION - the gift voucher can also be ordered with personal collection at the selected facility.

Payment options:

  • PAYMENT GATE - through a secure gate.
  • BANK TRANSFER - we will send the payment terms to your e-mail.
  • CASH - you can pay in cash or by credit card directly at the reception of the selected hotel. Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard.

Voucher redemption:

  • All information can be found on the enclosed leaflet "Information for gift recipients", which will be sent to you together with the gift voucher.
  • Gift vouchers for value and universal stays are valid in all spa hotels and resorts ROYAL SPA - Luhačovice, Mariánské Lázně, Ostrožská Nová Ves, Velké Losiny.

Gift voucher FAQs

How quickly will I receive my gift voucher?
It depends on your chosen payment and delivery method. If you pay by credit card via our payment gateway and select delivery by email, your gift voucher will be sent to your email address within a few minutes. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, the process may take longer and usually takes 1–2 business days.
Can I receive a gift voucher by post?
Yes, this option is available, but it takes longer to process than email delivery. Gift vouchers are sent by our sales department via registered mail and only after the payment has been credited to our account. Delivery by post may therefore take approximately 2–3 business days. For faster delivery, we recommend choosing electronic delivery by email.
Can a gift voucher be paid for using an FKSP invoice or employee benefits?
Yes, this is possible. Please make sure to provide accurate billing details, including the company address, company ID, and VAT number, when paying via FKSP. Unfortunately, employee benefits cannot be used to pay for gift vouchers.
I was unable to complete my gift voucher order due to a problem with the payment gateway. I did not receive a confirmation or invoice, and I have not received the voucher. What should I do?
If you have any questions regarding a pending voucher payment, invoice confirmation, or any other payment-related matters, our finance department will be happy to assist you. Please describe your issue in an email to ekonom@royalspa.cz, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
My value gift voucher is worth more than the stay I would like to redeem it for. What can I use the remaining balance for?
Any remaining balance can be used to purchase spa treatments, cover parking fees, or pay local charges. Alternatively, you may use it to buy souvenirs at the reception, such as ROYAL SPA drinks, bags, mugs, wafers, or THERMELOVE healing dermocosmetics.
I have a gift voucher for a stay in Mariánské Lázně at Hotel ROYAL Mariánské Lázně. Can I also use it at the Thermal Spa?
In this case, the gift voucher can only be redeemed at the hotel where it was issued.
Can I use the voucher for other services or purchases?
Please note that if the voucher is issued for a specific procedure or type of stay, it can only be used for that purpose.
